These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and qq1821 ("qq1821", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qq1821 website located at https://qq1821.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available thereon. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the qq1821 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an approved external payment method owned by the Player.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the qq1821 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. qq1821 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Residency

The qq1821 Platform is primarily designed for players located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. qq1821 does not accept liability for Players who access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions.

2.3 Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family members of qq1821 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, and third-party service providers are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the qq1821 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your c onsent, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. qq1821 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qq1821 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify qq1821 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Currencies

All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirements

qq1821 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time deemed necessary by qq1821, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).

4.2 Verification Timeline

qq1821 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request, qq1821 reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze the Account Balance, and — where fraud or money laundering is suspected — report the matter to the relevant competent authorities.

5 Deposits

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

qq1821 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qq1821 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method. qq1821 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time for operational, compliance, or risk-management reasons.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed within minutes at any time of day. qq1821 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary holder, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant Account reviewed for compliance.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; (c) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (d) not triggered any restriction, suspension, or review flag on their Account.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Nyepi), or when additional verification is required. qq1821 will notify Players of any material delay via their registered email address.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. qq1821 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method. All withdrawal destination accounts must be registered in the Player's own name.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section of your Account. Players who have accumulated winnings above the stated maximum single withdrawal limit may be required to process the remaining amount in subsequent withdrawal requests on following business days.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by qq1821 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be initiated. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, the Bonus Funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. qq1821 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk or risk-free betting patterns (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or placing opposing bets across accounts) will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended. qq1821 monitors betting patterns for indicators of promotional abuse on an ongoing basis.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of games, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and other wagering products may vary based on your location, regulatory restrictions, and scheduled maintenance windows. qq1821 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove any game or market at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by qq1821. Bets placed on sports events, including Asian Handicap (voor) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets, are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. qq1821 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time data feeds. In the event of a data feed disruption, qq1821 may suspend live markets or void affected bets. Decisions made in this regard are final and not subject to appeal outside of the formal dispute resolution process.

8.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, network outage, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, qq1821 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across all game categories on the Platform.

8.5 Dispute Resolution for Games

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's server logs and game records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players wishing to dispute a game outcome must do so within seven (7) days of the relevant game round by contacting support at [email protected].

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qq1821 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other game format where collusion is possible;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform as a conduit;
• Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward qq1821 staff or other Players;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or data errors for financial gain;
• Any conduct that qq1821 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its operations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the qq1821 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of qq1821 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of qq1821.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranties

The qq1821 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. qq1821 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq1821's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

In no event shall qq1821 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of wagering opportunity — arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if qq1821 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Third-Party Content

Games available on the Platform are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. qq1821 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these providers, though we work exclusively with studios that hold internationally recognised gaming certifications.

12 Privacy

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the qq1821 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

14.2 Termination or Suspension by qq1821

qq1821 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) a Player is identified as being under 21 years of age; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (e) the continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform, its Players, or its licensing standing.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause, qq1821 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance where the balance is determined to have arisen through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable period.

15 Amendments

qq1821 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where a change is required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq1821 holds its applicable international gaming licence.

16.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution informally. Players must submit a written description of the complaint to [email protected] and allow qq1821 up to thirty (30) days to investigate and respond.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the period stated above, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution, as selected by qq1821. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration relating to your use of the Platform.
